Delivery costs (if any) are clearly shown before checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but this does not affect confirmed orders.

If a pricing error occurs:

you may choose to proceed or cancel
if you cancel or we cannot contact you, you will receive a full refund

We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or technical error.

Payment must be completed before dispatch.

7. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel orders where:

If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

9. LEGAL GUARANTEE (2-YEAR CONFORMITY WARRANTY – EU LAW)

Under EU and Maltese law, consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are:

faulty
not as described
not fit for purpose
not of satisfactory quality

If a product is defective, you are entitled to:

replacement
price reduction, or
refund (where applicable under law)

This legal guarantee applies in addition to any commercial warranties.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver to all areas within Malta and Gozo.

Standard shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We may modify shipping terms, but confirmed orders are not affected.

Delivery times are estimates only.

We may contact you after purchase to confirm delivery timing.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control (including supplier or transport delays).

Delivery is completed when goods are received at the address provided.

Risk passes only when you (or an authorised person) physically receive the goods.

There are no customs duties or import taxes for deliveries within Malta and Gozo.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with:
