Refund Policy

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the withdrawal function available on our website or contact us at kelbandco@gmail.com and provide your order number and proof of purchase.

If you withdraw from the contract within the applicable period, Kelb & Co. will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

Returned items should be sent back to Kelb & Co. We will arrange collection of the goods at our expense or provide instructions for return shipping at no cost to you.

Return Policy

Items may be exchanged within one week from the date of purchase in cases of damage or sizing issues, subject to the presentation of valid proof of payment.
